The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh @ysjagan launched a new portal to resolve all the grievances related to different departments of the state. Recently the government updated the grievance portal to resolve all the issues related to different departments. The main aim of this portal is to hear the voice of the general public of the state and resolve their issues. And the state government is focusing to resolve all the issues related to any department. Today we are going to share all the details related to the portal like the online application process, check the grievance status and many more things related to the portal. Spandana AP Portal

The state government updated the spandana portal to ease the online process of grievance. The online grievance can be registered from different sources and a unique “ YSR# ” (Your Spandana Request Number) will be generated for each grievance. The filed grievance will be assigned to the respective redressal officer. Then the redressal officer necessary actions against the grievance and redresses the grievance. If the citizen is not satisfied with the solution then the citizen can ‘reopen’ the grievance if not satisfied with the resolution and then the same will be assigned to the higher authorities to redress the grievance.

Online Process to file Grievance

First, you need to visit the official website of Spandana.

Then you have to click on the login button.

Then a login pop up will open and you have to enter your Aadhar number.

Then an OTP will arrive on your registered number.

Enter that OTP and you will successfully get login in the portal.

Then you have to click on the Grievance Registration option.

A new application form will get open

You have to fill in all the necessary details in the form.

Then click on the submit button.

Your grievance successfully gets registered.

File Grievance through Mobile App

First, you need to download the mobile application.

Click on the link to download the mobile app.

Check Your Grievance Status

To check your grievance status you have to follow the steps given below:

First, go to the official website of the of Spandana

Then click on the Check grievance status button.

A new webpage will open on your screen.

Then you have to enter YSR#, Captcha code, and click on the submit button.

You will see your grievance status on your screen.

If you are not satisfied with the solution then you have to file again the grievance.
