Hello friends, here is good news for the people of Sikkim. The government is going to launch a new scheme to give jobs to people in the state. The name of the scheme is ‘One Family, One Job’. Sikkim One Family One Job Scheme
This scheme provides jobs to a member of every family who does not have a government job. If the family members don’t have any government. Job, then the state government is going to provide jobs to the family members in the state.
Recently the Chief Minister Pawan Chamling said, “We want to implement the one family, one job scheme immediately and provide about 20,000 jobs to the youths of Sikkim within December. We have allocated maximum funds for this scheme,”.

This scheme is going to be implemented in a short time. The final discussion was made in the assembly to execute this scheme. This scheme will benefit a lot of families in the state.
According to the official news the scheme would cost the government about Rs250 crore annually to provide jobs to almost 20,000 people in the state.
The new recruitment will be done in 12 different departments with as many as 3686 posts being created on the roads and bridges department alone.
Eligibility for “One Family One Job” Scheme
➤ In this scheme, only one person from one family will be given a job.
➤ For the benefit of the One Family One Job Scheme 2021, no family member should be in a government job.
➤ To fill this Ek Parivar Ek Naukri Yojana Registration Form, you should be within 18 to 55 years of age.
The highest salary of Rs 18,000 per month will be given to junior engineers and the lowest package of Rs 9,000 per month will be given to safai karmacharis, office assistants, and others.
Although Chief Minister Chamling gave the figure of 20,000, data from different departments show that just over 16,000 temporary jobs will be created.
The chief minister said that the appointment letters under the scheme would be handed over to the beneficiaries at the ‘Rozgar Mela’ that is going to be organized at the Paljor Stadium in the first week of January.
“The Govt. has decided to provide a job per family if the CM again forms the government, implement Rahul Gandhi’s idea of NYAY (minimum income scheme) by providing every BPL family ₹7,500 per month and making electricity free up to 120 units,”.
“The government also said they will also waive the loans of farmers, specifically the loans taken by women from microfinance institutions,”.

Important Documents Required for the “One Family One Job” Scheme
➤ The family’s annual income certificate will be required to apply for this scheme.
➤ Aadhaar card number of the applicant.
➤ Caste Certificate of applicant.
➤The voter ID card will also be valid in case there is no certificate.
➤ Permanent residence certificate of the state to which it belongs.
